Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Deposits

All deposits of South African rand (ZAR) into our FNB bank account are final and non-refundable. Once funds are received, they are applied to the client's order and cannot be returned as a refund. Deposits are considered a commitment to purchase or sell cryptocurrency, and we cannot reverse the transaction.

2. No Refunds on Crypto

Any cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, or any other coin) sent to our wallets, or sent by a client to any wallet address, is final, irreversible, and non-refundable. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and we cannot provide refunds for any reason.

3. Payment Verification

Crypto 4 Rands reserves the right to verify any payment at any time and for any duration of days before crediting any buyer or seller. Verification may include proof-of-payment review, bank clearance confirmation, blockchain confirmation counts, and fraud, AML/CFT and FSCA compliance checks. Crediting of crypto to buyers and rand payouts to sellers only happen once verification is complete, however long that takes.

4. Handling of Deposits

Once a deposit is received, it is credited toward the client's pending order. If the client cancels before settlement, the funds may be held as account credit at our discretion (not refunded in cash). We reserve the right to decide whether to hold or refund the funds.

5. Errors and Overpayments

We handle errors and overpayments on a case-by-case basis via our support system. Resolution may be account credit, depending on the circumstances.

6. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

Chargebacks and disputed payments may result in account suspension and are contested. We take all necessary steps to resolve these disputes, but we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome.
